IT Recruitment Team Manager

We are currently looking for an ambitious Recruitment Team Manager to join our successful technology division at Vantage Consulting, leading a growing team & working in a hands on recruitment capacity.

Markets that are currently covered include: Web and Software Development, Testing, Data Analytics & BI, Business Analysis, Project Management and Infrastructure.

Some of what you will be doing:

  • Managing and mentoring 360 technology consultants
  • Key part of the management team
  • Maintaining high levels of performance
  • Create an engaging and fun environment through recognition of team performance and reinforcing positive behaviour
  • Motivating & supporting other team members
  • Maintaining the quality and effectiveness of their team by measuring staff engagement
  • Communicating business priorities throughout the business
  • Growing market through business development

You will have:

  • A proven track record as a high performer
  • Experience of mentoring junior consultants
  • Experience of working in a 360 capacity
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment
  • The ability to lead by example
  • Have proven self-development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
