I look back now and wonder what things would have been like if I hadn't taken a gamble. I joined Vantage back in 2011, after working for a rival agency. After much deliberation I came to Vantage as a consultant where I was given the task of building out the web and software permanent division across the Midlands and Northwest. After 5 promotions, I'm pleased to say that I've never once looked back. I'm now an Associate Director, who's responsible for our UK permanent division across IT and Engineering. My goal now is to get our division into the top 100 recruitment businesses in the country!

I've been empowered to see the business as my own and have worked with some of the world's biggest engineering organisations. I've had support with career development and management training, both internally and with external experts. And I've had so much fun along the way; I've eaten at the UK's best restaurants, travelled to amazing countries including super yachting in Croatia, surfing in Biarritz and hitting the Bierkellers in Munich. I can't wait to see what the next 7 years brings!
