I haven't had this much fun at work in a long time as well as having the opportunity to build my career and gain some real earning potential! I have not only made some great friends at Vantage but also been able to really push and challenge myself and achieve things I never thought I could. I can't wait to see where my future leads here as there is some real potential for growth and progression and Vantage are only going to get bigger and better!

Everyone at Vantage is invested in your development and you have all the tools, support, training and systems to help you succeed. I have never worked for a company where everyone is competitive but willing to help you so much. Commission is uncapped with quarterly and annual bonuses along with other incentives such as 'legends lunches', annual holiday incentives and much more. Vantage also offer working from home and flex working which gives flexibility to manage a work life balance. The office and the culture is top class, with the added benefit of the stocked beer/wine fridges.

The team at Vantage are really supportive and the work environment is second to none. There are tons of incentives and rewards across the business which encourages people to work hard and the un-capped commission structure means people have a very high earning potential. The promotional framework is great and its clear for consultants to see how they progress and what is expected of them.

I've worked at other Recruitment agencies in the past and I have to say I've never felt as "at home" in any other business the way I do at Vantage.
