About us

Since we were formed back in 2010, we've continued to push ourselves to break records whilst maintaining what's important to us, the relationships with our partners and the relationships with our people. 


We built Vantage around a simple ethos, to do recruitment better. Providing the best service to our clients, to work with the best candidates and to build the best recruitment team.

Our long-standing relationships with our clients, some of which we've been working with from the beginning, is testament to this. As is our outstanding team.

Our History

Vantage Consulting was formed

Founded by Jon Weavell and Russell Jones with a focus on technology, in May 2010 Vantage Consulting was officially registered with Companies House.

The first hires

The first Vantage Consulting employees came on board and the Engineering contract division was formed. 

The first office move

With more than 20 employees it was time for the now award-winning company to move to a bigger office space.

Another move

Continued business growth meant another office move to a bigger space on Staffordshire Technology Park and a full-time Learning and Development Manager came onboard.

Another Award

The team won the Young Business of the Year Award for outstanding growth. With turnover increasing year on year, the team jetted off to Biarritz for a celebratory holiday!

Best Place to Work

Bagging Monster's Best Place to Work award, the team headed off to enjoy Snowbox as their annual incentive. A brand new training academy was created to ensure future consultants received the training and support to become high flyers.

Systems investment

With big investment into company systems and processes the team continued to deliver record annual performances.

New office & Training

With headcount increasing, Vantage invested in brand new, modern offices and new, comprehensive training and development programmes for all employees.
