This role would suit someone who is driven, personable and is looking to take the next step in their career and increase their earning potential. Although recruitment experience isn't necessary, we are looking for someone with a background in sales, who has worked in a target-driven environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• End to end 360 recruitment
• Assessing job specs and creating adverts
• Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
• Building and maintaining a network of clients and candidates
• Taking clients through the Vantage Consulting Client Journey
• Gaining specialist market information and leverage to grow market share

Some of what we offer:

• Average Trainee earnings of £32,000 - £35,000
• Senior Consultants earning £60,000 - £100,000
