The Role

As the successful Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
You can also expect to:

• Assess job specs and create adverts
• Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
• Manage interview and offer processes
• Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
• Pitch for retained business
• Mentor Associate Consultants where required
