IT Recruitment Team Leader/Manager

OTE £60k+

Vantage Consulting are currently looking for an ambitious Recruitment Team Leader or Manager to join our successful technology division at our office in Stafford, leading a growing team & working in a hands on recruitment capacity.

Markets that are currently covered include: Web and Software Development, Testing, Data Analytics & BI, Business Analysis, Project Management and Infrastructure.

You will have:

  • A proven track record as a high performer
  • Experience of mentoring junior consultants
  • Experience of working in a 360 capacity
  • Knowledge of IT recruitment
  • The ability to lead by example
  • Have proven self-development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
