The Role

As the successful Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for end to end 360 recruitment. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.

You can also expect to:

• Pitch for retained business
• Taking clients through the Vantage Consulting Client Journey
• Gain specialist market information and leverage to grow market share
• Using previously developed skills to create opportunity for yourself and those around you
• Mentor Junior Consultants where required
