Workshop Manager
Sheffield 40K - 45K Permanent
We have an amazing opportunity to join a Systems Integrator within their Control Panel manufacturing team. You would be joining the team as their Workshop Manager, responsible for running the manufacturing team, handling client queries, quality management, overseeing Electrical Designs and managing the health and safety procedures.
They are considering candidates who aren't necessarily in this role currently, but have enough knowledge and experience to step up into this position, so it is an amazing opportunity to move into a leadership role if you haven't yet had the opportunity to.
The range of products the team manufacture include:
- Control Panels
- PLC Cubicles
- Motor Control Centres
- Operator Stations
- LV Distribution Panels
- Instrumentation Panels
The ideal candidate will have:
- Control Panel building/wiring experience
- Electrical Design understanding
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organise workload effectively
- Leadership qualities
