Job Title: Mid-Level & Senior Full Stack Developers

Location: Stafford (hybrid working)

Salary: £35 - £45,000 & £50,000-£60,000

We are looking for two Full Stack Developers (Mid-Level & Senior) to join a growing software house in Stafford. You'll play a key role in enhancing and maintaining an advanced information management system, which helps streamline operations for care providers. Tech Stack & Skills Required

✔ Proficiency in: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript (React or Vue), MySQL, Apache/Nginx
✔ Experience with: Full Stack Development, System Architecture, Server Scripting, Native Software
✔ Familiarity with: Git/GitHub, Agile & Waterfall methodologies, Jira
✔ Strong understanding of: DRY, SOLID & KISS principles

Desirable Skills

• Vue 3 & Composition API
• AWS & cloud infrastructure experience
• Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) using NUXT
• Mobile development principles
• Linux/UNIX command line proficiency
• Experience with single-page applications (SPAs)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features to enhance our platform
• Optimize system performance for a seamless user experience
• Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices
• Work in an agile team to deliver roadmap items
• Ensure security and compliance within the system
• Support and mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently
