Senior Test Engineer

Job Title(s)

  • Senior Test Engineer
What will this person be doing?

  • Test, repair, and debug products to meet customer and internal specifications.
  • Develop and implement test procedures using Flying Probe, JTAG, and manual/automated methods.
  • Ensure right-first-time delivery through effective test and inspection strategies and clear acceptability criteria.
  • Train and support personnel in test disciplines, procedures, and standards to align with production demands.
  • Maintain high quality standards and continuous improvement across all test engineering activities.
  • Provide technical support and act as the customer-facing lead for all test-related engineering issues.
Essential Skills

  • Degree qualified in applicable subject
  • Experience in manufacturing test role
  • Thorough understanding of Digital and Analogue electronics, fault finding to component level and associated test methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing environment
  • Experience of Microsoft products including Excel & Word Experience of using ERP systems and databases
  • Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects
Target salary

  • £35,500 - £50,000

Monday - Friday
Core Hours: 08:00 -17:00
