BMS Service Engineer - Trend Biased
Location: South East London / M25 Area
Salary: £40k+ for Senior Engineers / £30-40k for Trainees (Up to £55k for experienced candidates)

We're working with a leading independent BMS specialist, to find an experienced Trend-biased BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of sites-ranging from NHS facilities and schools to high-end residential projects-delivering service excellence and energy efficiency.

The Role:
As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Liaising with site engineers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Completing PPM tasks, remedial works, and reactive calls

• Producing clear and accurate service/call-out reports

• Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in 6)

• Potential involvement in remedial installs, system validations, and energy optimisation reporting
  
  

Tech Stack:

• Primarily Trend, with additional exposure to Tridium and Distech systems
  
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Trend experience preferred (open to other BMS backgrounds)

• Methodical, solution-focused, and client-friendly

• Located within or near the South East London/M25 area
