The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of our marketing activity. From strategy through to execution, this is a hands-on role for someone who loves to see their work make an impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and maintain our website content and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
• Create eye-catching visual content and marketing campaigns for external and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with our Recruitment Consultants to support lead generation
• Support our Talent Acquisition Manager with employer branding and engagement
• Negotiate and liaise with third party marketing agencies, tech suppliers and PR firms when needed
• Investigate the best in AI and automation tools to give our sales and marketing efforts a valued customer experience and increased ROI
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies

About You

To be successful for the role of Marketing Manager you'll have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the recruitment industry.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Confident using design tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar
• Experience in automation
• Strong visual design skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and attention to detail
