Overview

Our client is seeking reliable and experienced fire sprinkler design subcontractors to support their internal design team during peak workloads. The role focuses on producing high-quality design packages for commercial sprinkler systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Scope of Work

• Design of commercial sprinkler systems (typically ground and first-floor layouts).

• Inclusion of plant rooms, pipework layouts, and associated drawings for projects involving approximately 400-500 sprinkler heads.

• Collaboration with the client's in-house design team to review drawings, templates, and project requirements.

• Delivering full design documentation to agreed deadlines and quality standards.

Engagement Details

• Contract type: Fixed-price per scheme (with clear scope, templates, and deadlines provided)

• Collaboration: Initial Teams meeting with client's design team to review samples and align expectations.
