🔧 About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll support customers on-site with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial heating equipment and control panels. This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver exceptional service.

🌍 What You'll Be Doing
* Traveling extensively (80%+) to customer sites across the region
* Performing equipment start-up, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
* Conducting electrical and mechanical inspections
* Supporting installations, upgrades, and service contracts
* Training customers on operation and maintenance
* Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
* Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture

🎯 What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a field or service technician
* Degree in Electrical/Electronics (or equivalent)
* Strong troubleshooting and field wiring skills
* Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
* Flexibility to adapt to changing environments
* Ability to work independently and within a team
