Quantity Surveyor
Location: Commutable to Daresbury (flexible working available)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (Senior level up to £70,000)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible)
Start Date: Within candidate's notice period
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team, working across engineering-led projects. The role involves cost management, commercial oversight, and supporting project delivery, with occasional site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing variations and cost reporting
- Supporting permit applications
- Month-end forecasting and financial tracking
- Commercial support across engineering projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (3+ years)
- Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Experience in contractor-side environments
- Exposure to engineering projects
- Industry experience in Utilities, Nuclear, or FMCG preferred
- RICS accreditation desirable (not essential)
