The Role

We are seeking a motivated Reliability Engineer to join our Electronics R&D team. The role focuses on improving product reliability through failure investigation, component qualification, reliability testing, and collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate product and component reliability issues and recommend improvements.
• Support reliability testing, failure analysis, and component qualification.
• Assess component obsolescence and supply risks.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to improve product and manufacturing reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to high-reliability design practices.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in electronics design, test, or reliability engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with standard computer applications.

Desirable

• Knowledge of electronic components, PCB manufacturing, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience with accelerated life testing, component qualification, or high-temperature electronics.
• Familiarity with databases and occasional willingness to travel.
