Vantage Consulting is proud to announce The Stroke Association as our Q1 charity for 2023! 

After an amazing 2022 which saw Vantage raise over £6,000 for the RSPCA, Children With Cancer, Glow and Operation Christmas Child, our charity team has expanded and we have huge plans for 2023! With fundraising events scheduled throughout the year and a range of charities that are close to our hearts, we're so excited to make a start on our fundraising efforts.

To kick off the year on a high, we'll be raising funds across the whole of Q1 for The Stroke Association, a charity that means a great deal to our team.

Did you know...?

• There are 1.3 million stroke survivors in the UK
• 100,000 people have strokes a year
• Stroke strikes every five minutes

Stroke changes lives in an instant, and the impact can be devastating. It can cost people their ability to move, communicate and lead their everyday lives. Many survivors experience emotional changes, anxiety and depression. The effects of a stroke can mean survivors have to give up their jobs, and often relatives have to give up work as well to take on a caring role.

The Stroke Association is the UK’s largest charity dedicated to improving the lives of stroke survivors and their families. They want to reach every stroke survivor, and help them receive the emotional, practical information and financial support they need. The money raised this quarter will help make a real difference for stroke survivors and their loved ones.

• January - 50 outfits for 50 laps 
• February - Pancake Day
• February - Spelling Bee
• March - Stafford Half Marathon
• March - Technology Park World Cup
• March - London Marathon
