* Proficiently provide quotes for BMS Upgrades based on existing portfolios

* Skilfully generate quotes from technical inquiries for existing buildings within Managed Services (if necessary)

* Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing upgrades, optimisations, and all quoted works

* Offer valuable assistance to the Sales team by addressing any technical questions

* Develop trackers for clients, including risk registers

* Effectively manage Clients' portfolios, overseeing risks and meetings

* Prioritise Client retention as a vital aspect of the role

* Proactively identify energy opportunities, future operations, and innovations

* Review energy-related enhancements with clients.
