BMS Commissioning engineer

Are you a talented and motivated BMS Engineer looking for your next opportunity? We're currently seeking a BMS Service Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality building management system maintenance and support services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of advanced BMS platforms-including Trend and Tridium-across commercial and industrial sites in the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping essential building systems running efficiently and effectively, contributing to optimised energy performance and system reliability for our clients. What You'll Be Doing:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems including Trend and Tridium.

• Diagnose and repair faults in existing BMS infrastructures.

• Perform software updates, controller reconfigurations, and control strategy changes.

• Use BMS analytics to monitor and optimise energy performance.

• Provide clear, detailed service and fault reports after site visits.

• Respond to reactive maintenance callouts quickly and professionally.

• Modify and upgrade BMS hardware and control panels as needed.

• Liaise with clients and site managers to explain findings and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience servicing or maintaining BMS and control systems (ideally Trend or Tridium).

• Valid CSCS/ECS site card.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
