BMS Service Engineer

BMS Service Engineer - Yorkshire

A well-established UK Building Management Systems integrator is seeking a BMS Service Engineer to support existing customer sites across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and expanding service team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planned and reactive BMS service works, including maintenance, fault finding, and small upgrade projects across a varied portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits

• Inspecting controllers and field devices and producing detailed service reports

• Managing PPM schedules for assigned sites

• Attending reactive call-outs and diagnosing system faults

• Completing small remedial works, controller upgrades, and panel modifications

• Identifying energy-saving opportunities and advising customers

• Liaising professionally with clients on site (technical and non-technical)

• Ensuring all works comply with company Health & Safety procedures

• Submitting accurate reports within required timeframes

Candidate Requirements

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills

• Good technical knowledge of Building Management Systems

• Experience working with Trend, Tridium and/or Siemens systems

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
