Job Title: BMS Service Engineer - High-End Residential
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Benefits
Location: Central & West London - Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Holland Park
Role Overview
As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the aftercare, service, and maintenance of Building Management Systems and integrated building technologies within some of London's most prestigious high-end residential properties.
You'll work across Trend, Tridium (Niagara), and KNX systems, supporting integrations via BACnet and Crestron. The role involves fault finding, remedial works, small upgrades, and direct interaction with high-net-worth clients in occupied homes - requiring both strong technical expertise and a highly professional, client-facing approach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service, maintenance, and aftercare support for BMS and integrated systems
Diagnose system faults and carry out remedial works
Support and maintain Trend, Tridium (Niagara), and KNX systems
Assist with system integrations including BACnet and Crestron
Price and deliver small upgrade and improvement works
Work directly with clients within occupied luxury residential properties
Ensure systems operate reliably and meet client expectations
Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding works completed
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with BMS or building controls systems
Exposure to platforms such as Trend, Tridium (Niagara), KNX, or similar
Understanding of systems integration (BACnet, Crestron)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing environments
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
Good communication and organisational skills
