BMS Project Engineer
Cambridge 300 - 350 Contract
Be part of a team dedicated to provision of building management control systems nationwide, but primarily
within East Anglia.
Manage & engineer BMS projects to ensure that the works are delivered; on time, within budget and in
accordance with the specification.
Design, supply, programme and engineer Building Management Systems (Trend & Schneider)
Work with in-house coordinators, clients, contractors, consultants and project managers in project
planning, forecasting, ensuring that the necessary resources, tools, equipment and material are available to
complete a project.
Understanding the project specification and translating it into a solution.
Preparation of Description of Operation documents, control panel drawings and electrical installation line
diagrams.
Preparation of final documentation such as O & M manuals.
Engineer controller software, produce graphics and set-up operator workstations.
Manage the on-site delivery electrical installation & commissioning people.
Handover & demonstration of completed works.
Complete necessary administration documentation such as timesheets and expenses forms.
