Vantage Consulting are an award-winning, specialist engineering recruitment business, currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This role is pivotal in supporting the continued growth of the business through the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent across our UK and US teams.
Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with our company values and culture.

As the successful Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting high-performing recruitment talent into the business.
You'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, and help drive our employer brand and talent strategy.
