RF/mmW Design Engineer

Contract: Outside IR35, sites UK wide, rates DOE, 3 days on-site

Project Scope:

• Work with project teams to deliver designs on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Support transition from concept and prototyping to production.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and process teams to ensure product feasibility and reliability.

• Help identify and mitigate risks throughout the design and development lifecycle.

Technical Scope:

• Lead the design, simulation, and development of high-frequency RF and mmWave circuits and systems.

• Analyse system performance, optimise designs, and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Conduct measurements, characterisation, and validation of prototypes and production hardware.

• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, including test reports and design records.

• Ensure designs meet specifications, standards, and customer expectations.

• Contribute ideas to product and technology roadmaps.

• Provide technical input for proposals, customer queries, and RF-related requests.
