PCB Design Engineer

Edinburgh 50 - 60 Permanent

Contract details: 6-12 months, Edinburgh, 3 days on-site, outside IR35

PCB design and development of high-performance mixed-signal and/or power converter boards for advanced communication systems.

Technical scope:

  • Mixed-signal PCB design

  • Power converter PCB design

  • Multi-layer PCB layout (Altium)

  • Manufacturing data pack generation

  • RF layout principles (advantageous)

  • Lab test and measurement (VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers)

  • Prototype through to production support
