Systems Engineer - Maritime
Location: Farnborough, UK
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Clearance: UK Citizen, eligible for SC (BPSS to start)

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate and implement the hardware and systems architecture of maritime combat systems.

• Define, verify, and manage system requirements; oversee acceptance testing and trials.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and suppliers to deliver operational capability.

• Ensure compliance with defence standards, safety, and security requirements.

• Conduct design reviews, trade studies, and performance assessments.

Experience / Skills:

• Proven experience in maritime or naval combat systems integration.

• Hardware-focused systems engineering experience, ideally in a technical/design authority role.

• Strong understanding of platform lifecycle, system architectures, and integration frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
