BEMS Senior Service Engineer

Are you an experienced BEMS Senior Engineer seeking new opportunities? My client are looking for an ambitious engineer to join their team in the south.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong BEMS engineering background, with experience of Trend or Tridium.
• Proven experience in a field service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Valid full driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Service work
• Take ownership of customer relationships, ensuring contractual requirements are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate closely with customers to identify and address operational challenges.
• Produce clear and concise service visit reports, highlighting the value of our services.
• Work collaboratively with account management and administration teams to deliver field quotations, proactively suggesting solutions for improvements, energy savings, upgrades, or repairs.
• Identify energy and enhancement projects, offering insightful suggestions for mutual benefit.
• Participate in the team call-out rotation and provide support to team members when required.
• Enhance technical and industry knowledge through participation in various manufacturer and BCIA training opportunities.
