BMS Service Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems including Trend and Tridium, in a role that offers both challenge and reward. You'll be responsible for keeping buildings running smoothly, optimising performance, and helping clients achieve energy and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on various BMS systems, including Trend and Tridium.

• Diagnosing and rectifying system faults on commercial and industrial sites.

• Implementing software updates, reconfiguring controllers, and adjusting strategies based on performance.

• Monitoring BMS data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to optimise building performance.

• Producing clear, professional service reports and communicating findings to clients.

• Handling reactive maintenance callouts with professionalism and urgency.

• Upgrading BMS hardware and modifying control panels as building requirements evolve.

• Building strong working relationships with site managers and end-users, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a technically capable, proactive engineer with the following:

• Proven experience in BMS service and maintenance within the building services or construction industry.

• Hands-on knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium systems (other systems considered).

• A valid CSCS or ECS site card.

• Solid computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A detail-oriented mindset and a positive, team-focused attitude.

• A full UK driving licence.
