About the Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance cloud web applications. Your contributions will directly shape the future of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable cloud-based web applications using C#, .NET 8, TypeScript, and React

• Optimise application performance and reliability within Azure environments

• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers

• Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold coding best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and enhancements

• Influence architectural decisions and help define technical strategy

• Design and optimise data models and queries for Azure SQL Server

• Utilise Azure cloud services and Kubernetes to improve scalability, performance, and monitoring

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in C#, modern .NET, TypeScript, and React

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web application architecture

• Proficient in SQL, ideally with hands-on experience using Azure SQL Server

• Experience with Docker and deploying containerised applications

• Familiarity with cloud-native tools and services, particularly within Azure

• Proven ability to mentor and support junior developers

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including CI/CD and automated testing

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bonus: Experience with Azure DevOps, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, performance optimisation, and secure application design
