Job Title: Sprinkler Project Manager

Location: London (covering Greater London & South East)
Sector: Fire Protection / Commercial Projects
Duration: 6 month contract

• Manage commercial sprinkler installation projects.

• Oversee and coordinate site activities, labour, and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality standards.

• Review design drawings, hydraulic calculations, and technical submittals.

• Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial performance.

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers.

• Produce and maintain project documentation including RAMS, O&M manuals, and commissioning certificates.

• Drive site health and safety compliance

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing sprinkler or fire protection projects.

• Experience delivering commercial, high-rise or mixed-use projects.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate large project teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and project planning skills.

• Good communication and client-facing skills.

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence required.
