BMS Account Manager - Glasgow

A leading building technology company is seeking an experienced BMS Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts while delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact

• Deliver end-to-end customer experiences with high satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and forecast order intake

• Prepare project estimates and technical proposals

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end users

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Conduct regular business reviews and client check-ins

• Liaise between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial or account management role

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Customer-focused, flexible, and self-motivated

• Full UK driving licence

• Genuine interest in technology and innovation

Desirable:

• Experience in BEMS / building management systems

• Technical qualifications (electrical or mechanical)
