Fire Suppression Project Manager - Contract (Edinburgh)

Location: Central Edinburgh (5-min walk from Waverley Station)
Project: Hotel fire suppression installation (Misting systems)
Duration: 5 months, potential to extend
Start: ASAP / immediate

Role:

Manage fire suppression/water mist installation project
Client management & coordination
Workforce allocation & subcontractor oversight
Programme management, project documentation & budgets
Water-mist experience desirable (not essential)

Working Pattern:

2-3 days per week on site
Remaining time remote / home working
Flexible site hours acceptable

Rate: Open to negotiation DOE
