Document Controller

A well-established organisation is seeking a highly organised Document Controller to support project delivery from its North Wales office. You'll be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining accurate project documentation while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Control, distribute, and file project documentation
• Maintain document registers, logs, and version control
• Ensure all records are accurate, up to date, and accessible
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support delivery teams with required documentation
• Assist with project handover and document archiving

Requirements

• Experience in document control or a similar administrative role (construction/engineering preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in document management systems and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills and team-focused approach
