A leading Building Management Systems provider is seeking an experienced Service & Operations Manager to lead its Service & Commissioning department. This senior role combines people management, technical oversight, and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary service and commissioning teams

• Drive department performance across maintenance, projects, breakdowns, and commissioning

• Full P&L, budgeting, and forecasting responsibility

• Deliver small to medium service projects and retrofits

• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance

• Mentor, appraise, and develop team members

Requirements

• Experience managing 10+ engineers in a service/commissioning environment

• Strong BMS/BEMS technical expertise

• Commercially aware with P&L or budget experience

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Calm, decisive, and target-focused
